Overall my experience as a student there would be described as average. The school system has its ups and downs. The teachers are a major upside, most teachers in the school enjoy teaching and truly want to see their students succeed and actually inspire me sometimes with how they teach. As a downside, the student population of the school overall is a lot more on the misbehaved side. Yes some students are well and act appropriate, but there is a small population which I'd say is taking a turn for the worse. Gun violence, fights, drug issues is somewhat common at the school and repercussions are always announced. This would be the only downside to the school everything else in my opinion is great for a Highschool/Middle school.

Overall my experience has been good. Nothing horrible has happened throughout my whole education. There definitely are some classes I struggled in because of the teachers not being able to fully teach what I was supposed to be learning but that was mostly in high school. Overall I know that a lot of people have it worse in different places so I am grateful for what Huber Heights City School District gave me.

I transferred into Wayne my Junior year and went all in with band. The band and choir programs are pretty good. The worst parts are the lunch menu, the constant cursing, and the frequent fights. I would make the discipline more strict for poor behavior.
